What? Circuit Training is a full body high intensity work out, great for improving fitness and stamina, building strength and developing muscular endurance. All Levels Welcome.

When? Monday 7.15pm – 8.15pm

Where? Squash Court 3 Studio.

How Much? £6 advanced booking   £7 on the day.
