He specializes in weight loss, fat reduction, body toning, improving general fitness, core and abdominal training and flexibility. He is personable, approachable and will put you at ease. His sessions are fun and if you’re looking to lose weight, get fit, tone up or improve sports performance, Mark will help you reach your targets by developing an effective plan for achieving maximum results.
He also advises on preparation for 5k, 10k, marathons, general endurance and sprints, strength and conditioning and agility and power development for athletes in a wide variety of sports.
